Most of our guests come to the spa to relax, and so we do ask that you observe just a few rules in respecting the spa environment.

Please remember to turn off all cell phones while visiting the spa. For your convenience there is a phone available at the front desk, and our staff will gladly take messages while you enjoy your treatment undisturbed.

We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable and we will try our very best to accommodate every client.  However, depending upon circumstances and our other scheduled guests we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service. 

We may ask for a credit card when booking two or more services to avoid last minute cancellations.

 If you do wish to cancel an appointment we kindly ask that you give us at least a 48 hour notice.

Our goal is to ensure your child's safety and provide an environment in which our technicians can focus completely on each of their clients.  Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times whether waiting in the reception area or receiving a service. 

Gratuities are not included in service prices.  Industry standard is 15-20% for a service well enjoyed. 

Gratuities are not included in gift certificates unless otherwise noted.

Credit cards accepted are Master Card,Visa and Discover.

Parking is available in the front of the building, as well as a full lot across from Tomani with 2 hour parking.

Refunds for product are available on unopened merchandise only within two weeks of purchase.  Merchandise credit or exchange will be given.

There are no refunds on services or gift certificates.  All sales are final.

Tomani is also handicapped accessible.
